Hindsight, removed
Judge the care by what was knowable at the time.
Breach of duty turns on what a reasonable GP knew and could have known on the day. Avodeck works out when each result and letter actually reached the practice, so your opinion rests on that, and you can show your working.
Gentle prompts point out things worth a second look, such as a result never acted on or a safety-net with no follow-up. You decide what's relevant. Nothing is decided for you.

Questions experts ask us
Does AI write any of my report?
No. It finds and labels entries in the records and shows you where they are. Every word of your opinion is yours, typed or dictated.
Is it compliant with the court rules?
Reports follow Part 35 and its Practice Direction: the declaration and statement of truth are added in the exact wording, and a checklist shows each requirement as you go.
Where are the records kept?
In the UK, encrypted, for each case separately. When the case ends you choose how long they're kept, and you get a certificate when they're deleted.
I'm not very good with computers. Will I manage?
It's designed for exactly that: large text, one clear next step on every screen, and plain words throughout. We'll set up your first case with you.
Can I keep my own report template?
Yes. Upload your Word template once and every report is built in it, with your headings, numbering and fonts.
